Pecuniary is an AI-assisted inventory and reporting tool for personal and business property. Users may generate inventory reports for insurance and organizational purposes. Pecuniary is not a licensed insurance provider or claims processor.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Fees and Payments

Access to Pecuniary may require a one-time use fee of $19.99 or other pricing as listed. Payments are processed through secure third-party processors. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights;
• • Interfere with or disrupt our Services or networks;
• • Attempt to access another user's data without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

7. AI and Data Use

Pecuniary uses AI-assisted systems to generate inventory reports. You retain rights to any images or data you upload. By uploading content, you grant Pecuniary a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content solely for providing the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pecuniary shall not be liable for:

• • User decisions made based on AI-generated results.

Pecuniary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
